Computer Based Methods and E-Learning

In a recent publication that deals with learning in organisations from a human resource development perspective Smith and Sadler-Smith (2006, p.141) identify questions associated with the following concerns when consideringe-learning in networked and non-networked forms.

1. The nature of the learning objectives.
2. The availability of existing computer-based learning materials.
3. The learner charactersitics.
4. The equipment required for delivery.
5. Learner accessibility to learning materials.
6. Learner support and monitoring.
7. Evaluation of success.
